Welcome to Nativo Freediving Expeditions! We invite you to read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a trip with us. By making a booking, you accept these terms in their entirety.

To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the trip is required.
The remaining balance must be paid within 15 days of the departure date.
Failure to pay in the required time may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Any request to modify the reservation (change of date, number of participants, etc.) must be communicated at least 90 days in advance.
Changes are subject to our approval and availability.
Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change requested.

Cancellation policy is handled on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a 25% partial refund, cancellation must be communicated at least 90 days before the departure date.
Any changes after 90 days are at our discretion and subject to availability.
If your trip is cancelled by us for reasons beyond our control (extreme weather conditions, emergency situations, etc.), we will offer you a new date or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Nativo Freediving Expeditions is not responsible for injuries, illnesses or material losses during the trip.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
Participation in our experiences is at your own risk and requires good physical condition.

Our experiences are dependent on natural conditions, which can vary. We do our best to ensure the best possible itinerary, but changes may be necessary.
In case of adverse conditions, we reserve the right to change the itinerary without notice to ensure everyone's safety.

We expect all participants to respect the environment, local culture and other people during the trip.
Any inappropriate or dangerous behavior may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.

By joining a trip with Nativo Freediving Expeditions, you acknowledge the risks associated with freediving and activities in natural environments.
You declare that you are in good health and fit to participate in the planned activities.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
