As we know, weather can be a factor that leads to changes in our plans. Sometimes, we may need to adjust the location, reschedule, modify, or replace an activity. We’ll keep you informed about your options, so you can make the best decision. Weather-related factors like rain, rough seas, and strong winds may influence these changes.
Fortunately, when it comes to cenotes, the weather has less impact, and often, you can continue enjoying the water without any issues, making the experience even more magical.
Tips and personal expenses (i.e. meals, souvenirs)
To join our trips it is mandatory to have a DAN insurance.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the start date.
For the whale expedition, no certification is required. You just need some basic snorkeling experience and feel comfortable in the water with a mask and fins.
For other adventures, like exploring cenotes or more technical environments, we recommend at least a beginner-level freediving certification (AIDA 2, SSI Level 1, PADI Freediver, Molchanovs Wave 1, or equivalent). If you don’t have one yet, we can help you get certified before the trip! 🌊
